Namling County develops grassland economy

In recent years, Namling County of Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region has vigorously developed grassland economy. By developing large-scale, high-yield and efficient artificial grassland, it effectively eases the contradictions between human, grassland, and livestock. In addition, it guarantees the grain ration safety for livestock.

At present, there are about 58000 mu artificial grassland in Namling County. Besides, the farmers' specialized cooperative of artificial grass planting is established with Emma Town's 8 villages taking part in.
