Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，youth league organizations at all levels in Lhasa City keep pace with the times and vigorously strengthen youth volunteer services. In recent years, they have carried out 496 times of all kinds of voluntary activities with 118300 volunteers taking part in. The total service time is over 430000 hours.
