In 2017, under the guidance of relevant leading group, Tibet has made great achievement in cracking down on infringement and counterfeit behaviors through strengthening market supervision and carrying out a series of specific actions.
In 2017, inspections on special equipment, livelihood measurement, and product quality were carried out. Anti-fake activities on agricultural materials, children's toys, featured products, building materials, and auto parts were held. In addition, a special campaign on protecting child safety was launched to fight against unbranded children's products.
As for administrative penalty cases applicable for general procedures, relevant information will be legally publicized on websites. Effective transfer and feedback of cases will also be realized through perfecting working system.
In the new year, Tibet will make efforts to crack down on infringement and counterfeit behaviors in rural-urban fringe zones as well as in rural and pastoral areas. Besides, it will pay great attention to intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark right, andpatent right, as well as key links such as commodity production, marketing and consumption.
