In recent years, tourism demonstration villages have boosted the local tourism. By the end of 2017, there are 570 family inns with 13,199 beds in Nyingchi, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. About 1,358 rural households engaged in tourism. With the development of tourism demonstration villages and tourism service points, the quality of rural tourism gets a great improvement.
