To further improve the self-development ability of villagers, Jingzhoi Village of Qonggyai County, Lhoka City established the Sailong Agricultural and Livestock Product Processing Cooperative. Since establishment, it has provided fixed positions for 4 villagers in financial difficulties and mobile posts for 19 poor households. Tashi Gyatso, first secretary of the party branch of Jingzhoi Village, says, "there are 112 dairy farmers in the village, and 1,200 jins of milk will be delivered to the cooperative every day. After testing, disinfection, fermentation, packaging and other procedures, milk will be processed into yogurt and sold to Lhoka, Lhasa and other places."
