Before 2014, Jiangran Village of Biru Town, Nagqu City had no pillar industry because of insufficient production resources. Local villagers either go out to work or relied on digging cordyceps to make a living. In 2014, Konchog Canpei, party branch secretary of the village led the whole village to establish the farmers and herdsmen's cooperative adopting the form of "shares+loan" and making use of the transportation advantage, which introduced the project of the liquefied gas station for poverty alleviation.
Since the cooperative has been put into operation in 2016, it has not only paid off all debts, but also accumulated more than 1.7 million yuan of development funds, and ensured that the annual income including dividend and salary can reach more than 10,000 yuan per capita at the end of the year.
