In recent years, Qonggyai County has attached great importance to the employment work. Through helping rural labor force get employed, the income of farmers and herdsmen is increased. Up to now, the county has exported its labor force to 8,408 people through various channels, generating a revenue of 27.35 million yuan, and the urban unemployment rate has been controlled within 1.498%. There are 57 registered unemployed people in the whole county.
