Since this year, focusing on the theme of "Quality Consumption and Better Life", Chamdo City has carried out special market renovation actions to create a safe and secure consumption environment.
Chamdo City has made great efforts to improve the "12315" administrative law enforcement system. At the same time, on the basis of the establishment of the "12315" complaint reporting center in Chamdo City, the "12315" complaint reporting stations of industrial and commercial departments of 11 counties (districts) have been fully covered, and the Chamdo Consumer Association has been officially established. Up to now, Chamdo City has established 186 "12315" rights protection contact sites, further expanded the coverage of rights protection network, received 58 consumption complaints, and the success rate of mediation has reached 100%, which saves 61,700 yuan of various economic losses for consumers. At the same time, it relies on the municipal industrial and commercial department to actively carry out sampling inspection of commodities in the circulation field, with 110 batches of commodities and 33 merchants being sampled. In addition, Chamdo City also has organized special actions to combat the behavior infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, encouraged consumers to actively complain to the industrial and commercial departments about illegal activities of operators of catering, hotel and entertainment industries. So far, it has carried out three various markets special renovations inspecting 500 different market entities, investigated and dealt with 23 cases of violations of laws and regulations, distributed over 10,000 propaganda materials, and received 965 people's consultation.
