Aiming at raising the awareness of AIDS disease, more than 20 departments of Tibet Autonomous Region including the Red Cross Society, the Department of Education and other relevant departments have jointly carried out a publicity activity with the theme of "Testing and knowing AIDS, sharing health”on the "World AIDS Day" of this year at Yutuo Road in downtown of Lhasa City.

During the activity, related departments have distributed publicity brochures with Tibetan and Chinese to local people, organized experts to explain knowledge of AIDS, which has gotten good response from citizens.
