In 2018, Ngari Prefecture attached great importance to the paired assistance to unemployed college graduates, formulated a series of work plans and adopted multiple measures to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of 80 unemployed college graduates.

Ngari Prefecture carried out publicity activities regarding various employment policies for college graduates, and fully encouraged them to give full play to subjective initiative, so as to guide them to change their concepts of job selection, while actively participating in market competition.

Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Ngari Prefecture cooperated with enterprises to provide job opportunities that match well with the majors of the unemployed college graduates; those who from poor families got public service jobs as well.
