In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of national infrastructure construction, considerable progress has been made in the transportation development of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. At present, a comprehensive transportation system mainly consisting of highways, railways and aviation has been basically established. Besides, Tibet has established the Traffic Control Center, which realizes unified scheduling and command of traffic organization, traffic hub, information collection as well as disaster alarm, and provides strong support for the economic and social development of Tibet.
