During the first-phase project of the Chinese wolfberry ecotourism industrial park in Xigaze City's Bainang County, by April 2017, more than 900,000 high-quality Chinese wolfberry seedlings have been planted, and the survival rate has hit over 85%. In 2018, the fresh fruit production of Chinese wolfberry has reached 400 tons.

The first-phase project has led 283 local people to obtain employment, including 35 registered poor people, with a monthly income of 4500 yuan RMB. At the same time, through the mechanism of interest connection, 500 poor people have cashed in a industrial dividend of 500,000 yuan RMB.
