In May 2017, with the assistance of the eighth batch of aiding Tibet working team, Tianjin Jinpeng Company invested and established the Jinpeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. in Dengqen County of Qamdo City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. In the cooperation with Xexung Village of Dengqen County, the company has built an agro-ecological industrial park, which is located 2 km east of the county, and covers an area of 76,867 ㎡. At present, there are 60 greenhouses and an intelligent greenhouse covering an area of 2,000㎡. The park integrates the functions of seedlings raising, planting and picking, training as well as leisure entertainment, and it is a development carrier of ecological industry and leisure tourism.

In addition, the company adopts the mode of "government + company + (research institution) + cooperative" to manage the park. Taking enterprises as the center as well as farmers and herdsmen's vegetable planting specialized cooperative of Xexung Town as the platform, the company encourages farmers and herdsmen to participate in vegetable planting and park management, so as to step up modern agricultural development of Dengqen County and drive local people to participate in market competition. In 2018, Xexung Town's vegetable planting cooperative was recognized as a national-level demonstration farmer cooperative.

Zeba, committee director of Xiemai Village, says that "in the past, the land was used to plant highland barley, while it began to plant vegetables in 2014. In 2015, 60 greenhouses were set up to grow more varieties of vegetables. However, the villagers lacked knowledge and technology, which seriously affected vegetable yield. Later, with the support of county party committee and the county government, we began to cooperate with the Jinpeng Company in 2017, which changed the previous situation greatly."

Jia Shibo, manager of Jinpeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. introduces that the company makes full use of 77,333 ㎡ of land in the park, so that the people can benefit from the land. Besides, the company hires 17 cooperative members, with a monthly salary of 3,200 yuan RMB. During the annual cordyceps sinensis season in May and June, the company also distributes to each member 1,500 yuan RMB of subsidy, so that they can concentrate more on their work in the park. At the end of the year, the company pays dividends to all cooperative members. With the increase of vegetable yield, the proportion of dividends also is increased.
