In 2015, relying on the local characteristic resources and financial support, Yadong County of Xigaze City establishes Chunpi Yadong Salmon Farming Base and the other 3 breeding bases, which are operated in the form of agricultural cooperative. Yadong's salmon industry has driven more than 2,300 local people to increase their income, including 442 people from 156 households establishing card for archives now. Salmon production is expected to reach 168 tons in 2019, with an output value of 50.4 million yuan RMB.
