Aiming at improving development vitality of rural industry and increasing farmers' and herdsmen's income, village task forces sent to Baxoi County of Qamdo City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region have promoted the integrated development of agriculture, industry, as well as service.

The village task forces have changed the traditional simple consumption mode of farmers and herdsmen, constructed the rural service system, and introduced rural tourism through exploring the added value of agriculture, improving service system, as well as driving the development of new consumption mode. Simultaneously, traditional handicrafts have been made by local craftsmen, forming local village's unique products and selling them to the hotel industry, so as to stabilize marketing channels. Besides, the village task forces have built new consumption channels through e-commerce, so that products can be sold to other cities, driving the consumption of featured products and increasing villagers' income.
