In recent years, basing on geographical and natural resource advantages, Xiga Village of Chanag Township has implemented the rural revitalization strategy, vigorously developed rural tourism, and expanded the channels increasing masses' income, which promotes the healthy and rapid economic and social development. The village has cooperated with Niyang River Tourism Company to create characteristic tourism highlights through culture square construction and folk customs exhibition. The company pays dividends of 50,000 yuan RMB to the village collective every year, and signs household experience agreements with 27 households to display local folk customs. Each household gains a monthly dividend of 3,500 yuan RMB.
