Dro Village is located in Tunggar Town of Nang County, Nyingchi City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. With rich resources and convenient transportation, Dro Village, following the idea of "farmers and herdsmen working locally, upgrading industries locally, adding value to agricultural products locally", promotes the integration of industry, agriculture and tourism, to speed local economic development.

Through the strengthening of "courtyard economy + family inns", Dro Village makes great efforts on the development of courtyard economy. The Dro Village branch of the Communist Party of China focuses on the team-building of Party members and carders, and highlights the leading role of Party members. Each Party member is encouraged to better service masses, and lead masses to get rich. In recent years, 57 Party members lead all households of the village to plant walnut trees, apple trees and Tibetan peach trees, which bring an increasing income of more than 20,000 yuan RMB for each household. With the growth of income, local residents are motivated to engage in business.

In addition, 11 Party members led the local people to built the village's first family inn including catering, accommodation, sightseeing and leisure tourism. Now, with a total of 87 beds, the family inn deals with vegetables and fruits picking, livestock breeding, Tibetan cuisine cooking and campfire party. Tourists can experience both the new look of Dro Village and traditional Tibetan household life here.
