To prevent and control COVID-19 well, Lhasa City, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region has implemented responsibility system of the city's affiliated units for all designated isolation hotels. Medical staffs, security personnel and public security police are on duty for 24 hours, doing a good job in medical observation and living security of people under observation, to ensure the orderly operation of those isolation points.
