According to Department of Science and Technology of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, a total of 5.43 million yuan RMB of "science & technology innovation vouchers" are issued, funding 90 enterprises; 38 science & technology innovation service organizations are identified to provide innovative service to the 90 enterprises.

A responsible person of Department of Science and Technology of T.A.R. introduces that "science & technology innovation voucher" is jointly established by Department of Science & Technology and Department of Finance of T.A.R. It's a fund issuing to small and middle-sized technology-based enterprises, startups and innovation teams in "Mass Innovation Spaces" of the region, and an equity certificate that specifically used to purchase innovative services from professional institutions.

These innovation vouchers will be used independently by management units of these enterprises in good job reward, personnel training, laboratory construction and operation, instrument development and other activities around scientific research.
