Nang's rural roads have "health files"

Bureau of Transport of Nang County, Nyingchi City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has continuously explored management and maintenance mechanism of rural roads basing on its actual situation, and established basic work archives of "one road, one file ", so as to realize its standardized management of rural roads.

Since this year, the Bureau of Transport has organized 45 business personnel and arranged more than 20 vehicles to comprehensively investigate basic situation of 94 rural roads with a total length of 502.8 km in the county, completing the register for rural roads in different categories. Those staff members have combed and edited information of each road's mileage, management and maintenance personnel, length and structure information to form a database; every rural road has a "health file".

This job provides more scientific and accurate data for local precise construction as well as standardized management and maintenance of rural road projects in the future.
