The 2022 Cycling Race around Lhasa will be held on July 23 in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region.

This race is sponsored by Chinese Cycling Association and Lhasa Municipal People's Government, organized by Lhasa Municipal Bureau of Sports, as well as co-organized by Lhasa Municipal Bureau of Culture, Lhasa Municipal Tourism Development Bureau and Lhasa Municipal Mass Culture and Sports Center. 

The race will embed the beautiful scenery of snowy plateau into the track, deeply integrate cycling and eco-tourism, and create a high-quality sports event with plateau customs and ethnic characteristics. 

The race aims to present Lhasa in a comprehensive way in the new era, enhance the popularity and reputation of Lhasa, steadily promote the construction of "Healthy Lhasa", and promote the high-quality development of Lhasa's culture, tourism, sports industry and public fitness cause.
