Tanggar Town is located in the northeast of Dagze District, Lhasa City, capital of southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, where black-necked cranes, bar-headed geese, tadorna ferruginea and other migratory birds visit every winter. These rare birds sometimes hover in the air or perch near the water, drawing a vibrant winter picture.
