Beihuan Road and Lantian Road reconstruction project is an important traffic congestion node dredding project in Lhasa. The project starts from the west side of the neighborhood committee of Dangba Community in the west, to the north side of the intersection of Beijing West Road in the east, with a total length of 1,314 meters, including 697.04 meters of the bridge section.

Construction of the project began on April 10, 2022, and 45.2% of the total investment has been completed so far. The project is scheduled to be officially put into use in December 2023. The total investment of the project is 235 million yuan RMB (about 34.639 million US dollars). After completion of the overpass, it will effectively ease the traffic congestion of Lantian Road and Beihuan Road.
