As a saying goes, a timely snow promises a good harvest. After a spring snow, an annual spring ploughing ceremony was held in Dagze County of Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, on March 16. The spring ploughing is a traditional custom, during which local villagers in their festival costumes pray for a year with good harvest.
