In recent years, relying on local resource endowments, Gedang Town of Medog County, Nyingchi City, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, has developed a series of industries such asedible fungi, foresting, fruit growing and so on, so as to boost rural revitalization.

At present, Bulong Village of Gedang Town has ushered in the fungus picking season. The villagers are busy harvesting and drying fungus.
