In recent years, the number of black-necked cranes in southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region has shown a good trend of increasing, thanks to the local government's efforts in environmental protection. Now the first batch of black-necked cranes have arrived in Lhundrup County of Lhasa City for overwintering.
