In the evening, on the Hemei Bridge in Lhasa City of southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, many citizens and tourists come to enjoy the night scene. 

In recent years, Lhasa has built regulating sluice in the urban section of Lhasa River, increased the urban water area by over 300 hectares, and successfully built the national water conservancy scenic spot. Now, many parks have been built in succession, with newly added green area of 3052 mu and urban air humidity of 8%-10%, and the groundwater has been effectively replenished.
