In 2024, Xizang continued to increase the supply of affordable housing, investing 2.913 billion yuan (RMB) to construct 39,500 sets of apartments. About 20 million yuan rental subsidies were also disbursed, benefiting 7,277 people. Renovations were carried out in 118 old residential communities, covering 48,000 urban households and benefiting 192,000 residents.
