In order to cultivate more highly skilled craftsmen and technical professionals, vocational and technical colleges in China's Xizang, represented by Xizang Vocational Technical College, have cooperated with cultural enterprises to carry out sustainable school-enterprise collaborations. By adopting a joint school-running model of "in-factory school, in-school factory", batches of talents in ceramic art painting and skilled workers in the ceramics industry have been trained.
