Elderly residents learn musical instruments at day-care center in China's Xizang

According to the White Paper: Human Rights in Xizang in the New Era, the People's Government of Xizang Autonomous Region has comprehensively improved elderly care services in recent years. To date, there are 65 day-care centers providing life care, spiritual support, and cultural entertainment for the elderly in China's Xizang. Photos show elderly learners practicing the yangqin (Chinese dulcimer) at a day-care center in Chengguan District, Lhasa City.
