On April 18, the 5th China International Consumer Products Expo, themed "sharing open opportunitiesand co-creating a better life," concluded successfully in Haikou City, Hainan Province.

During the expo, the Xizang Pavilion, with 22 enterprises taking part in, showcases over 200 kinds of "high-end, innovative, distinctive, and superior" products covering areas such as plateau agriculture and animal husbandry, cultural creativity, and Tibetan medicine. By the time of the expo's closure, the Xizang Pavilion had received over 9,000 visitors, with on-site sales amounting to 1.994 million yuan, realizing an increase of 13.1% compared to the previous expo. It also secured procurement orders worth 620,000 yuan, further enhancing the brand influence.

Notably, on the evening of April 14, the well-known livestreamer Dong Yuhui made an appearance at the Xizang Pavilion. He not only sampled and experienced Xizang's specialty products but also engaged in enthusiastic conversations with the exhibitors inside the pavilion, expressing his intention to conduct livestreaming activities in Xizang. Dong Yuhui's visit not only sparked a frenzy of excitement at the pavilion but also, through leveraging his immense online following, this visit built a new bridge for the publication of Xizang's specialty products across the nation. This has helped high-altitude treasures hitch a ride on the "digital express", accelerating the integration of characteristic industries into the country's vast consumer market.

In addition, through the platform of the China International Consumer Products Expo, Xizang Autonomous Region successfully held an investment promotion and attraction conference. During the event, two projects were signed on site with a total agreed investment amount of 1.015 billion yuan. Looking ahead, Xizang will continue to make effective use of high-caliber exhibition platforms to build connections for more local enterprises, to facilitate the expansion of its specialty products into broader markets, drive the high-quality development of characteristic industries, and enable the world to discover Xizang's fine offerings and experience its unique charm.
