The potatoes from Namling County of Xigaze City, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, are renowned for their high yield, excellent quality, great taste and thin skins across the region. Recently, the Dobjoi Town in Namling County held a planting ceremony for the potato seed tuber propagation base. This base adopts a "seed tuber cultivation + contract farming" mode to create a distinctive agricultural industrial chain, facilitating the transformation of traditional farmers into industrial workers and driving income growth for over 3,000 local farmers and herders in the surrounding areas.
