Starting from November 2017, the Beijing Hou'ai Joint Health Public Welfare Foundation has organized outstanding surgical experts across China to provide voluntary public welfare assistance in Qamdo of China's Xizang Autonomous Region. To date, this eight-year-long public welfare initiative has enabled 300 children suffering from hand and foot deformities to bid farewell to their pains and embrace a new life as normal people.
