Recently, cherry trees at the Thonmi Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Nyemo County, Lhasa City, capital of southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, have entered their full blooming season. Vast stretches of cherry blossoms compete in beauty, with pure white flowers covering the branches. Staff members are seizing the critical flowering period to carry out artificial pollination, a measure that significantly enhances the fruit-setting rate of cherries and ensures a bountiful yield.
