Witnessing the development of Lhunze County from a single grain of "black highland barley"

As the "world's largest black highland barley cultivation base," Lhunze County in China's Xizang, has been increasing its agricultural investment and demonstrating the application of science and technology in recent years. In 2024, the average annual output of black highland barley reached 14,400 tons, and the output value of series products amounted to 29.3 million yuan, generating dividends of 225,000 yuan for the local people.
