"Sanbao" policy covers children's school meals, lodging and tuition. In 2024, Xizang raised the "sanbao" subsidy standard for the 21st time, benefiting 714,300 students. Under the guarantee of the "sanbao" policy, Xizang's education has achieved a historic leap in terms of popularization, with key educational indicators reaching or surpassing the national average.
