According to the First Xizang Highland Barley Industry Development Conference, Xizang has completed three large-scale updates and iterations of highland barley varieties and developed over 80 products across four major categories. The related products, based on the modified highland barley flour technology jointly developed with universities in China, won the championship at the German World Bakery Award. The sales of highland barley premix are expected to exceed 10 million yuan(RMB) this year.
