Before the democratic reform, Xizang was in an extremely barbaric, cruel, and dark feudal serfdom society. Today, the people's congress system and the system of regional ethnic autonomy are fully implemented in Xizang, and the people of Xizang enjoy broader, fuller, more genuine, concrete, and effective democratic rights in accordance with the law.
