Recently, the Drug Administration Bureau of Xizang Autonomous Region granted Tibetan medicine licensed pharmacist qualification certificates to eight Tibetan medicine practitioners who passed the assessment. These eight individuals have become the first batch of certified Tibetan medicine licensed pharmacists in Xizang, marking that Xizang has taken the lead nationwide in establishing a certification system for Tibetan medicine professionals and that the inheritance and development of Tibetan medicine have entered a new stage of standardization and professionalization.
