Figs, a subtropical fruit, have been successfully cultivated by Lhamo and her husband Zhang Guangtao, two locals of Cha Village, Tsangtok Township, Taktse District, Lhasa. Their eco-orchard provides 400 seasonal job opportunities for the community each year and serves as a training ground for sharing advanced cultivation techniques, paving the way for collective wealth.
