This drove an expansion in investment while enhancing its quality and efficiency. As a result, the region's fixed-asset investment grew by 17.2% year-on-year, with the growth rate accelerating by 0.8 percentage points from the Jan-Nov pace. Xizang also continued to unleash the vitality of the consumer market by carrying out in-depth consumption promotion activities and orderly advancing the replacement of old consumer goods with new ones. The consumer market in the region maintained steady growth, with the total retail sales of consumer goods reaching 107.854 billion yuan, up by 4.4% year-on-year.
