In January 2026, the Gyirong-Rasuwa border port resumed operations. During the first month, it recorded 14,700 inbound and outbound passengers and 2,514 vehicle crossings. Freight volume reached 13,500 tons, with a total trade value of 403 million yuan(RMB). Notably, 300 new energy vehicles were exported, valued at 35.0842 million yuan(RMB).
