During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Xizang's hydrological authorities submitted more than 100 million hydrological data entries to the Ministry of Water Resources and relevant departments, and released 2,156 cross-border hydrological information reports to India and Bangladesh. With sufficient flood control and disaster reduction data submission and efficient emergency response, multiple monitoring stations have been upgraded and newly built, and several water conservancy science and technology awards have been won. This has made important contributions to the high-quality development of water conservancy and effective guarantee of water security in Xizang.
