Xizang Mobile and Stream Computing have unveiled the world's first ultra-high-altitude 1,000-card RISC-V computing cluster in Lhasa, filling a critical gap in high-end domestic computing power on the plateau. This high-performance, low-power cluster was rapidly deployed and runs large models stably. It will empower smart government affairs, industrial digitalization and public services, supporting the development of "Digital Xizang".
