Staff from the Tibet branch of Kaitong Company, under CCCC First Highway Engineering Bureau, have been holding their ground on plateaus above 3,500 meters. Braving oxygen deficiency, severe cold, and treacherous roads, they ensure the steady supply of engineering materials. By the end of 2025, they had supported 41 projects — moving over one hundred trucks of supplies per day during peak periods. In the face of tough transport conditions, they’ve introduced innovative solutions and multiple contingency plans, contributing to plateau development through steadfast dedication.
