In the first quarter of 2026, Xizang’s GDP reached 77.807 billion yuan(RMB), a year-on-year increase of 6.1%, leading the nation. Agriculture, animal husbandry, industry, and investment saw notable growth, with steady increases in urban and rural incomes. Consumer spending, cultural tourism, and entertainment sectors continued to show vibrant momentum.
