Every morning, the playground of Beijing Primary School's kindergarten in Chengguan District, Lhasa City, is filled with children's bright laughter. The kindergarten has carefully designed a physical circuit training program that integrates more than ten types of sports equipment — including tire ring toss, beanbags, climbing mats, and rolling drums, through running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and throwing, allowing children to stretch their limbs and enjoy sports in the sun.
