The Second Xizang International Communication Conference was held in Lhasa on June 16. Under the theme " Understanding and Support, Empathy and Connection—Enhancing the Effectiveness of International Communication on Xizang-Related Topics," the event drew nearly 300 Chinese and foreign guests.
