As night falls, drums echo through the Zhaxi Qoiden community in Shannan. Tibetan opera and Langmar Duixie folk performances take turns on a small stage, while nearby, tourists dressed in Tibetan costumes enjoy an immersive plateau stay at household hotels. The community has developed a "Tibetan opera + household hotel" model, turning cultural resources into tourism revenue. By the end of May 2026, it had received over 110,000 tourist visits, generating 8.8 million yuan in tourism income.
