This year's forum features a main plenary session and four sub-forums on the following themes: "Highland Climate Change and Ecological Security," "High-Quality Development of Highland Cultural Tourism," "Highland Sports Cooperation," and "Highland Green Health." The forum aims to further showcase Xizang's development achievements, enhance international understanding of Xizang, expand the region's opening-up, and strengthen friendly exchanges and cooperation with neighboring countries.
